Abstract:To analyze the application effect of ceramic laminate veneer and porcelain full crown in oral aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 170 patients with oral aesthetic restoration admitted to Langfang Jimin Stomatological Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n =100) and observation group (n =70) by random number table method. The control group was treated with porcelain full crown technology, and the observation group was treated with ceramic laminate veneer. The clinical efficacy, aesthetic repair effect and periodontal index were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.71%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The repair effect score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months after repair (P <0.05). PD, BI and AL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 6 months after repair (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of ceramic laminate veneer in oral aesthetic restoration is better than that of porcelain full crown technology, and the aesthetics and periodontal status are better, which is worthy of clinical application.
