Abstract:To study the effect of oral implant immediate restorationon on the curative effect and periodontal index of patients with dentition defect. Methods A total of 78 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by simple random grouping method, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was treated with non-oral implant immediate restorationon, and the observation group was treated with oral implant immediate restorationon. The oral function, masticatory function and periodontal status were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of speech function, fixation function and masticatory function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The masticatory efficiency and the absorbance value of masticatory test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The plaque, debris, gingival bleeding index and periodontal probe depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of oral implant immediate restorationon in patients with dentition defect is ideal, which can promote the improvement of oral function, masticatory function and periodontal status, and is worthy of clinical application.
