Abstract:To discuss the clinical value of personalized nursing communication in patients with skin laser cosmetology. Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent skin laser cosmetology in our hospital from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and discussion group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was given routine basic nursing during the skin laser cosmetology period, and the discussion group was given personalized nursing communication measures on this basis. The incidence of complications, psychological status, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the discussion group was 2.94%, which was lower than 23.53% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the discussion group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the discussion group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the discussion group was 100.00%, which was higher than 82.35% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with routine basic nursing, the intervention effect of combined use of personalized nursing communication program is more prominent, which is conducive to improving patients' satisfaction with medical services, and has positive significance for improving patients' bad psychological state and reducing complications.
