To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with laser freckle removal and cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent laser freckle removal and cosmetic surgery in the Fifth People's Hospital of Suzhou from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing intervention methods, with 20 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group was treated with routine nursing. The anxiety, trust score, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The trust score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 40.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients treated with laser freckle removal and cosmetic surgery can enhance patients' confidence in treatment and recovery period, relieve anxiety, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and has high clinical application value.
