Abstract:To observe the nursing effect of high quality nursing on the improvement of drug-induced skin flushing and itching in patients with mania. Methods From February 2022 to February 2023, 60 patients with manic drug-induced skin flushing and itching admitted to National Medicine China Railway Psychiatric Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The nursing effect, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing for manic patients with drug-induced skin flushing and itching is beneficial to improve the nursing effect, improve the quality of life and the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
