Abstract:To analyze the effect of refined nursing on patients with scar after trauma treated by photonrejuvenation. Methods A total of 68 patients with scar after trauma admitted to Pingyi Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Station from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and experimental group, with 34 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received refined nursing. The nursing effect, anxiety, depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 94.12%, which was higher than 70.59% in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.06%, which was higher than 73.53% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Refined nursing intervention in patients with scar after trauma treated by photonrejuvenation can improve the nursing effect, alleviate their negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
