Abstract:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in flap transplantation on postoperative recovery. Methods A total of 70 patients with skin flap transplantation admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The postoperative pain, reaction time of clinical complications and recovery of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The pain relief rate of the observation group was 68.57%, which was higher than 37.14% of the control group (P <0.05). The reaction time of hematoma, infection and venous crisis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 42.86% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing flap transplantation, comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, relieve pain symptoms, promote physical recovery, prevent complications and a series of other health problems. It is recommended to be actively applied in clinical practice.
