With the development of modern medical cosmetology technology, patients with injection filling tend to be younger. Injection filling technology provides partial support for skin or subcutaneous tissue fillers. Because of the advantages of this technique in operation, safety, repeatability and long-term clinical effect after treatment, it is widely used in clinical practice, and hyaluronic acid-based injection filling is particularly common. Hyaluronic acid is mainly used to fill and enhance facial tissues that lose volume and moisture due to aging or other factors. However, with the continuous use of hyaluronic acid injection filling, the complications of facial overfilled syndrome increased. This article reviews the facial injection of hyaluronic acid to cause facial overfilled syndrome and repair treatment, other early and long-term complications and repair treatment.
