Abstract:To study the clinical value of implant temporary prosthesis induced plastic repair in anterior teeth aesthetic area. Methods From July 2020 to July 2022, 80 patients who underwent anterior teeth aesthetic area implantation in Pingyi County Difang Central Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with delayed implant treatment, and the observation group was treated with temporary prosthesis induced plastic repair. The PIS index, labial soft tissue condition, aesthetic evaluation and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of 0 degree and Ⅰ degree in the PIS index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the proportion of Ⅱ degree and Ⅲ degree was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while there was no Ⅳ degree in both groups. The proportion of 0 degree and Ⅰ degree in the fullness of lip soft tissue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the proportion of Ⅱ degree was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of no difference in aesthetic evaluation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of difference <2 mm and >2 mm was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 67.50% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of implant temporary prosthesis induced plastic repair in anterior teeth aesthetic area has good application effect, with higher success rate of repair, higher aesthetics, and higher patients' satisfaction.
