Abstract:To explore the application effect of immediate implantation and delayed implantation in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods From January 2018 to January 2022, 100 patients with implant in anterior teeth area admitted to Huanghua Orthopedic Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the different repair schemes, they were divided into immediate group and delayed group, with 50 patients in each group. The immediate group was treated with immediate implantation, and the delayed group was treated with delayed implantation. The implant success rate, aesthetic score and marginal bone resorption of the implant were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of implantation in the immediate group was 98.00%, compared with 96.00% in the delayed group, the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). There was no significant difference in PES and WES scores between the two groups at 3 months after treatment (P >0.05). The PES and WES scores of the immediate group were higher than those of the delayed group at 6 months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The marginal bone resorption of the immediate group was lower than that of the delayed group at 6 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Immediate implantation in anterior teeth area has better effect and better aesthetic effect.
