To explore the effect of type A botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid injection filling in the remodeling of the lower facial contour. Methods From June 2022 to May 2023, 82 patients with reshaped lower facial contour admitted to Beijing Hexin Medical Beauty Clinic were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with single hyaluronic acid injection filling, and the observation group was treated with type A botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection filling. The social, self-confidence, emotional and quality of life scores, aesthetic satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of sociality, self-confidence, emotion and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 92.12%, which was higher than 75.61% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32%, which was lower than 29.27% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The aesthetic effect of patients with lower facial contour remodeling after type A botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid injection filling scheme is higher, which can effectively improve their self-confidence and quality of life, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is low.
