To explore the application effect of high quality operating room nursing in nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscope. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023, 50 patients undergoing endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine operating room nursing, and the observation group was given high quality operating room nursing. The mental status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality operating room nursing for patients undergoing nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscope can alleviate patients' negative emotions, and patients' satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
