Abstract:To explore the effect of psychological combined comfort nursing on postoperative pain and scar satisfaction in patients with uterine fibroids after interventional embolization. Methods A total of 70 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent interventional therapy in our hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological and comfortable nursing. The postoperative pain, scar satisfaction and psychological state were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the observation group at 2, 24 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scar satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The adverse psychological score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and comfort nursing in patients with uterine fibroids interventional embolization can reduce postoperative pain, relieve bad psychology and improve scar satisfaction.
