Abstract:To explore the nursing effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with hand burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with hand burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given humanized nursing intervention. The nursing quality, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, hand function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing in the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The quality of life of the study group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The hand function of the study group after nursing was better than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%, which was lower than 22.50% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can improve the nursing quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with hand burn and plastic surgery, enhance their hand function, and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
