Abstract:Picosecond laser has the shortest pulse width and the highest peak power on the market. As a new laser technology, it has been widely used in the treatment of various skin diseases. Picosecond laser was originally used to remove tattoos, while because of its advantages of good effect, less adverse reactions and short downtime, it has been gradually confirmed by relevant studies to be effective in the treatment of pigment multiplying disease, photoaging and atrophic acne scar. In this paper, the application progress of picosecond laser in clinical skin diseases is reviewed, in order to promote the wider application of picosecond laser in the treatment of clinical skin diseases.
