微螺钉种植体支抗结合MBT直丝弓矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌的效果

    探讨微螺钉种植体支抗联合MBT直丝弓矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌的临床疗效。 方法 选择我院2019年1月-2023年9月收治的70例安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌患者,以随机数字表法分为对照 组与观察组,各35例。对照组予传统支抗与MBT直丝弓矫治,观察组予微螺钉种植体支抗与MBT直丝弓 矫治,比较两组颌骨指标、上颌牙位置及软组织状态。结果 两组干预后SNA、SNB、ANB、GoGn-SN比 较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);观察组干预后OP-SN角小于对照组(P <0.05);观察组干预后U1- NA、Apg-U1以及Ptm-U6水平均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组干预后U lip-E、L lip-E距离短于对照 组,Z角大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对安氏Ⅱ类上颌前突错颌采用微螺钉种植体支抗结合MBT直丝弓 矫治效果确切,能有效改善上颌及唇突状态。

    Abstract:

    To explore the clinical efficacy of microscrew implant anchorage combined with MBT straight wire appliance in the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion with maxillary protrusion. Methods A total of 70 patients with Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion with maxillary protrusion admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional anchorage and MBT straight wire appliance. The observation group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage combined with MBT straight wire appliance. The jaw bone index, maxillary tooth position and soft tissue status were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SNA, SNB, ANB and GoGn-SN between the two groups after intervention (P >0.05). The OP-SN angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). After intervention, the levels of U1-NA, Apg-U1 and Ptm-U6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the distance of U lip-E and L lip-E in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the Z angle was larger than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of microscrew implant anchorage combined with MBT straight wire appliance in the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion with maxillary protrusion is definite, which can effectively improve the state of maxillary and lip process.
