Abstract:To investigate the clinical effect of silver sulfadiazine cream combined with nano-silver dressing in the treatment of burn patients. Methods A total of 98 burn patients admitted to the Department of Dermatology of our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of hospitalization, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in each group. The control group was treated with silver sulfadiazine cream, and the observation group was treated with silver sulfadiazine cream combined with nano-silver dressing. The clinical efficacy, prognosis, levels of inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.96%, which was higher than 77.55% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-8, TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.04%, which was lower than 12.24% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Sulfadiazine silver cream combined with nano-silver dressing has a good clinical effect in the treatment of burn wounds. It not only helps to accelerate wound healing and promote recovery, but also can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction, which is conducive to reducing the risk of complications and improving the safety of clinical treatment.
