Abstract:To explore the effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown in the restoration of anterior teeth defect. Methods A total of 90 patients with anterior teeth defect admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with gold alloy porcelain crown, and the experimental group was treated with zirconia all-ceramic crown. The periodontal index, masticatory function, repair effect, adverse reactions and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, PD, PLI, GI and BI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and masticatory efficiency was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of gingival condition, marginal fitness, prosthesis shape and prosthesis fixation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.44%, which was lower than 17.78% in the control group (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.78%, which was higher than 86.67% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Zirconia all-ceramic crown is effective in the restoration of anterior teeth defects, which can effectively improve the periodontal index and masticatory function of patients. After repair, the teeth of patients recover is well, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, and the satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
