Abstract:To explore the therapeutic effect of doxycycline capsules combined with minophene granules in the treatment of acne. Methods A total of 86 acne patients admitted to Taizhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral doxycycline capsules, and the experimental group was treated with minocycline granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.67%, which was higher than 72.09% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of role function, self-perception, social function, emotional cognition, sleep quality and acne symptoms in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.65%, which was lower than 20.93% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Doxycycline capsules combined with menopine granules is effective in the treatment of acne, which can improve the quality of life of patients, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.
