Abstract:To analyze the effects of loratadine tablets combined with licorzinc granules on patients with chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given loratadine tablets, and the observation group was given loratadine tablets combined with licorzinc granules. The serum inflammatory indexes and symptom scores of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α, IgE, IL-4, IL-10 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of pruritus severity, wheal area, wheal number, skin scratches and duration in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Loratadine tablets combined with licorzinc granules can effectively reduce the inflammatory response and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic urticaria, which is worthy of clinical application.
