Abstract:To investigate the effect of digital technology combined with modelling implant guide plate in oral implant restoration of patients with tooth loss. Methods A total of 80 patients with tooth loss admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to different repair schemes, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional implant restoration, and the study group was given digital technology combined with modelling implant guide plate. The clinical efficacy, implant position deviation, masticatory efficiency, quality of life, treatment satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The deviation of implant top, root, angle and depth in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The masticatory efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after operation, and the OHIP-14 score was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of digital technology combined with modelling implant guide plate in oral implant restoration of patients with tooth loss is effective, whichcan effectively improve the masticatory efficiency of patients, reduce the deviation of implant position, and has high application safety. Meanwhile, it is of positive significance to improve the quality of life of patients and improve their satisfaction of treatment.
