Abstract:To analyze the clinical effect of intensive pulsed light combined with ultra pulsed CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of facial scars. Methods Sixty patients with facial scars admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser, and the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with ultra pulsed CO2 fractional laser. The clinical efficacy, scar improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scar area, ECCA weight score and VSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of intensive pulsed light combined with ultra pulsed CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of facial scars is better, which can improve the clinical effect, reduce the area and severity of facial scars, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and have high safety.
