Abstract:To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of burn sepsis. Methods A total of 100 patients with burn sepsis admitted to the Burn Department of Qingdao Junliang Burn Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The levels of inflammatory factors, total effective rate of treatment, rehabilitation indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of LPS, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 82.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in patients with burn sepsis is good, which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors, shorten the rehabilitation process of patients, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
