Abstract:To investigate the effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 100 patients with condyloma acuminatum received in our hospital from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser, and the observation group was treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels and immune function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the indexes of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the immune function of patients with condyloma acuminatum.
