Abstract:To observe the analgesiceffectof cervical nerveblockanesthesiaon Injectable compound solution of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of horizontal neck lines. Methods From July 2020 to July 2022, 40 female horizontal neck lines patients who were treated with sodium hyaluronate compound solution injection in the Department of Medical Cosmetology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with surface anesthesia, and the observation group was treated with nerve block anesthesia. The intraoperative pain score, operation time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative pain score of the observation group was (3.05±1.05) scores, which was lower than (6.25±0.97) scores of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The average operation time of the observation group was (20.03±3.03) min, which was lower than (32.60±4.98) min of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Cervical nerve block anesthesia has a good analgesic effect in the treatment of horizontal neck lines with sodium hyaluronate compound solution injection, which can shorten the treatment time and does not in crease the risk of complications.
