Abstract:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing combined with refined nursing on patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial aesthetic surgery. Methods A total of 92 patients who were underwent oral and maxillofacial aesthetic plastic surgery in Zouping People's Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected, and divided into the control group (n =46) and the intervention group (n =46) by random number table method. The control group was received routine care, the intervention group was received humanistic nursing combined with refined nursing. The psychological status, oral function, and satisfaction with aesthetic effects in both groups were compared. Results After intervention, the BAI and BDI-Ⅱ scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of oral function recovery in the intervention group was 93.48%, which was higher than 78.26% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of aesthetic effect in the intervention group was 97.83%, which was higher than 82.61% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing combined with refined nursing is effective in patients with oral and maxillofacial aesthetic plastic surgery. It can effectively improve the patient's psychological state, promote the recovery of oral function, and the patient's satisfaction with the aesthetic effect is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
