Abstract:To analyze the wound healing, scar condition and psychological state of parturients undergoing emergency cesarean section under health guidance. Methods From January to July 2023, 60 parturients undergoing emergency cesarean section admitted to the Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University/Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital were included in the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 parturients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given health guidance on the basis of the control group. The psychological state, wound healing and scar condition of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of SAS, SDS and VSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The grade A healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the grade B healing rate and grade C healing rate were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For emergency cesarean section, health guidance can improve maternal negative emotions, prevent scar formation, and postoperative wound healing is ideal.
