Abstract:To explore the effect of nursing strategy in trunk skin grafting and its influence on quality of life. Methods From February to December 2022, 56 patients who needed trunk skin grafting in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group, with 28 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with nursing strategy intervention. The incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 10.71%, which was lower than 35.71% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of social function, mental health and body image in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing strategy can reduce the incidence of complications after trunk skin grafting and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
