Abstract:To analyze the application of comprehensive nursing in local flap transfer to repair facial and neck cicatricial contracture. Methods From September 2021 to September 2023, 60 patients with facial and neck cicatricial contracture who received local flap transfer repair in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The scar healing rate, appearance and function satisfaction, quality of life and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results The scar healing rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of appearance and function in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physical health, mental state, social function and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with facial and neck cicatricial contracture during local flap transfer repair treatment period, comprehensive nursing can improve the effect of scar healing, improve the mental state, promote the recovery of normal life, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
