Abstract:To analyze the application effect of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent orthodontics in the Department of Stomatology, Nanzheng District People's Hospital of Hanzhong City from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment, and the observation group was treated with micro implant anchorage technology. The orthodontic effect, improvement of upper and lower jaws, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of convex distance and oblique angle of upper central incisor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, SNA, ANB and U1-SN in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, while L1-MP was larger than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Micro implant anchorage is effective in orthodontic treatment, which can quickly restore the tooth position of patients, reduce the risk of complications and improve the clinical satisfaction rate.
