To investigate the effect of recombinant humanized type III collagen freeze-dried fiber combined with collagen injection on skin whitening. Methods A total of 90 female healthy volunteers with skin whitening needs in Nanjing Jiangning Lingmei Oriental Medical Beauty Clinic from March to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n =45) and observation group (n =45). The control group was treated with laser, and the observation group was treated with recombinant humanized type III collagen freezedried fiber combined with collagen injection on the basis of the control group. The skin whitening effect and skin texture of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the oil index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the elasticity and moisture index were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For female healthy volunteers with skin whitening needs, recombinant humanized type III collagen freeze-dried fiber combined with collagen implant can effectively improve skin quality and enhance skin whitening effec t.
