Abstract:To explore the clinical effect and postoperative complications of modified percutaneous incision eye bag plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent eye bag plastic surgery in Changyi Xingfan Medical Beauty Clinic from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with standard eye bag surgery, and the observation group was treated with modified percutaneous incision eye bag plastic surgery. The surgical effects, complications, satisfaction, pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 23.33%, which was lower than 6.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group after operation was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The modified percutaneous incision eye bag plastic surgery has a good clinical effect, which can effectively improve the patient's eye appearance, reduce the incidence of complications, help to reduce postoperative pain, and has positive significance for improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
