Abstract:To analyze the application effect of autologous costal cartilage transplantation in rhinoplasty to construct nasal tip cartilage complex. Methods A total of 168 patients with rhinoplasty who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were included in the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 84 patients in each group. The control group was given silicone prosthesis surgery, and the observation group was given autologous costal cartilage transplantation to construct nasal cartilage complex surgery. The wound healing effect, healing time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of wound healing grade Ⅰ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade Ⅱand grade Ⅲwas lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The average wound healing time of the observation group was (8.54±1.13) d, which was shorter than (14.20±1.15) d of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.38%, which was lower than 21.43% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with rhinoplasty, the effect of autologous costal cartilage transplantation to construct nasal tip cartilage complex is good, the wound healing effect is better, and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower, which is worthy of clinical application.
