To observe the clinical application effect of all-ceramic crown tooth preparation method in oral restoration. Methods A total of 64 patients with dental defects who underwent oral restoration in our department from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was given basic dental restoration method, and the observation group was given all-ceramic crown tooth preparation method. The satisfaction, adverse reactions, oral function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.88%, which was higher than 65.63% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.13%, which was lower than 21.88% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of language function and masticatory function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiological function, psychological function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of all-ceramic crown tooth preparation method in oral restoration is effective, which can effectively improve the oral function and prognosis quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve patient satisfaction.
