Abstract:To study the clinical effect of oral aesthetics restoration in oral restoration. Methods A total of 170 patients who underwent oral restoration in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method, with 85 patients in each group. The reference group adopted the basic crown restoration mode, and the experimental group adopted the oral aesthetics restoration mode on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, comfort level, aesthetics level and oral function recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.12%, which was higher than 74.12% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in total comfort between the two groups (P >0.05). The total aesthetic degree of the experimental group was 97.65%, which was higher than 81.18% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The opening degree and occlusal relationship of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In oral restoration, the application of oral aesthetics restoration is effective, which can improve the oral symptoms of patients, improve oral comfort and aesthetics, and promote the recovery of oral function.
