Abstract:To investigate the effect of Kegel training combined with electrical stimulation on pelvic floor muscle and sexual function in patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation. Methods A total of 86 patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and repair group by cross grouping, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with single Kegel training rehabilitation, and the repair group was treated with Kegel training combined with electrical stimulation rehabilitation. The postpartum vaginal relaxation, pelvic floor function, sexual function and quality of sexual life were compared between the two groups. Results The vaginal relaxation degree of the repair group was better than that of the control group after 2 months of treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the frequency of urinary frequency and urinary incontinence in the repair group were less than those in the control group, and the vaginal muscle tension, vaginal muscle voltage and sexual function were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of each dimension of sexual life quality in the repair group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Kegel training combined with electrical stimulation can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle function of patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation and improve their quality of sexual life, which is worthy of clinical application.
