    探讨烧伤科实习医生临床教学的过程中应用图片及微视频的教学效果,以期提高烧伤科临 床教学质量。方法 选取贵州医科大学附属医院烧伤整形科2021年6月-2023年5月实习的120名实习医生为 研究对象,按照时间顺序,将2021年6月-2022年5月60名实习医生纳入对照组,2022年6月-2023年5月 60名实习医生纳入观察组。对照组予以传统临床教学查房教学,观察组予以图片及微视频辅助教学查 房教学,比较两组考试成绩、教学满意度及教学查房质量。结果 观察组文字叙述理论题及病例图片 考核题成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学 意义(P<0.05);观察组关怀能力、查房前准备、病例汇报和查体、讨论环节、反思日记及总分均高于对 照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 应用图片及微视频在烧伤科临床教学中可以有效提高教学效 果及实习医生满意度,有利于提高临床教学质量。

    Abstract:

    To explore the teaching effect of applying pictures and micro-videos in the clinical teaching of interns in burn department, so as to improve the clinical teaching quality of burn department. Methods A total of 120 interns who practiced in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the time sequence, 60 interns from June 2021 to May 2022 were included in the control group, and 60 interns from June 2022 to May 2023 were included in the observation group. The control group was given traditional clinical teaching ward round teaching, and the observation group was given picture and micro-video assisted teaching ward round teaching. The test scores, teaching satisfaction and teaching ward round quality of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of text narrative theory questions and case picture assessment questions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The caring ability, preparation before ward round, case report and physical examination, discussion link, reflective diary and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of pictures and micro-videos in clinical teaching of burn department can effectively improve the teaching effect and the satisfaction of interns, which is conducive to improving the quality of clinical teaching..
