Abstract:To explore the teaching effect of applying pictures and micro-videos in the clinical teaching of interns in burn department, so as to improve the clinical teaching quality of burn department. Methods A total of 120 interns who practiced in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the time sequence, 60 interns from June 2021 to May 2022 were included in the control group, and 60 interns from June 2022 to May 2023 were included in the observation group. The control group was given traditional clinical teaching ward round teaching, and the observation group was given picture and micro-video assisted teaching ward round teaching. The test scores, teaching satisfaction and teaching ward round quality of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of text narrative theory questions and case picture assessment questions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The caring ability, preparation before ward round, case report and physical examination, discussion link, reflective diary and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of pictures and micro-videos in clinical teaching of burn department can effectively improve the teaching effect and the satisfaction of interns, which is conducive to improving the quality of clinical teaching..
