Abstract:To analyze the effect of comfort nursing intervention on wound repair after facial pigmented nevus skin laser cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial pigmented nevus admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comfort nursing intervention. The anxiety and comfort scores, complications, wound decrustation time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The scab removal and healing time of the wound in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for patients after facial pigmented nevus skin laser cosmetology can not only effectively improve patients' negative emotions and improve their comfort, but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and accelerate their wound repair.
