Abstract:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with eczema. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with eczema admitted to Tianmu Town Community Health Service Center in Beichen District of Tianjin from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention schemes, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, skin lesion area, pruritus degree, severity of disease, compliance behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The skin lesion area score, the pruritus score and EASI score were lower than those of the control group group after the intervention (P <0.05). The proportion of medication according to doctor's advice, reasonable diet, cooperation treatment and emotion control in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension and total score of EQOLS in the study group were lower than those in the control group after the intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with eczema is effective, which can effectively reduce the symptoms of itching, relieve the condition, improve the patient's compliance behavior, thus improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
