Abstract:To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing on the prognosis of patients with hand burn. Methods A total of 62 patients with hand burns admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given routine burn nursing, and the study group was given early comprehensive nursing. The negative emotion, degree of pain and scar, hand function recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS and VAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of scar color, vascular distribution, softness and thickness in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The score of upper limb function in the study group were higher than those in the control group at discharge and 3 months after operation (P <0.05). The scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with hand burn, which is beneficial to relieve the pain after burn, reduce the degree of scar, and regulate the negative emotion of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
