Abstract:Dermatology department is a branch of medicine that focuses on the research, diagnosis and treatment of lesions related to the skin and its appendages. Dermatology knowledge involves a wide range of diseases and is closely related to other clinical disciplines. It is difficult to effectively grasp relevant knowledge in theoretical teaching and probation. The multi-dimensional teaching mode is not only conducive to improving the quality of dermatological resident training, but also conducive to doctors' mastery of the knowledge they have learned, stimulating their interest in learning, creating a good learning atmosphere, and making up for the shortcomings of short rotation time and limited breadth in traditional training. Taking our hospital as an example, this paper uses multi-dimensional teaching to explore and summarize the application effect of multi-dimensional teaching in the training of general skin residents from the aspects of establishing video image database of dermatovenereology, using multimedia and network teaching operation skills, case teaching and increasing interaction, in order to improve the overall level of resident training.
