目的 分析优质护理干预在中医埋线减肥患者中的效果及对治疗依从性的影响。方法 于2022年 3月-2023年5月选取自贡市第四人民医院收治的48例中医埋线减肥患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观 察组，各24例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理干预，比较两组治疗依从性、护理有效率、护 理满意度及心理健康状况。结果 观察组治疗总依从性为100.00%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）；观察 组护理总有效率为95.83%，高于对照组的75.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理总满意度为95.83%，高于对照组 的70.83%（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 在中医埋线减肥患者 中，采取优质护理可提高患者治疗依从性、护理效果及护理满意度，改善其不良情绪状况。
Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing interventions on improving treatment compliance of patients with acupoint catgut embedding therapy. Methods From March 2022 to May 2023, 48 patients with acupoint catgut embedding therapy admitted in Zigong Fourth People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, nursing efficiency, nursing satisfaction and mental health status of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment compliance of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than 70.83% of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with acupoint catgut embedding therapy, high quality nursing can improve patients' treatment compliance, nursing effect and nursing satisfaction, and improve their bad mood.
