Abstract:To explore the aesthetic effect of the application of all-ceramic tooth technology in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given metal alloy porcelain tooth repair, and the experimental group was given all-ceramic tooth technology repair. The aesthetic effects, adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of overall aesthetics, anterior teeth color and psychological expectation improvement in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.00%, which was lower than 24.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The aesthetic effect of allceramic dental technology in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is ideal, and the risk of adverse reactions after repair is low, and the patient satisfaction is high.
