Objective: To study the effect of Chinese medicine and hyperpulse CO2 dot matrix laser in the treatment of acne scar. Methods: The investigation time of this study is from January 2022 to January 2024, the selected study object is 120 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis acne scar during clinical treatment, 60 control group with super pulse CO2 lattice laser treatment, 60 patients in the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine remove scar particles, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups. Results: Patients in the observation group had higher clinical treatment efficiency than the control group, and the acne scar score and DLQI score were lower than those of the control patients, and showed statistical value (P <0.05); the base depth of scar in the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperpulse CO2 dot matrix laser in treating patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis acne scar was relatively prominent, and the scar condition of the patients was significantly relieved, and the treatment effect was better.
