Abstract:To analyze the application of microfocused ultrasound technology for facial anti-aging. Methods A total of 104 patients with mild to moderate facial skin relaxation admitted to our clinic from December 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 52 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional radiofrequency therapy, and the observation group was treated with microfocused ultrasound. The clinical efficacy, complications, skin condition and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.31%, which was higher than 76.92% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.92%, which was lower than 9.62% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the facial wrinkle score, facial pruritus score and VISIA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with mild to moderate facial skin relaxation, microfocused ultrasound treatment has the advantages of good effect, few complications and high satisfaction, and can improve the facial aesthetics of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
