Abstract:To investigate the clinical effect of midface lifting through external eye bag approach. Methods From October 2022 to October 2023, 70 patients with midfacial skin relaxation admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional corrective repair, and the observation group was treated with midface lifting through external eye bag approach. The treatment effect, incidence of adverse reactions and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.43%, which was higher than 71.43% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.57%, which was lower than 31.43% in the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative swelling period, wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of midface lifting through external eye bag approach in the treatment of midface skin relaxation is better, which is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and accelerate the recovery process after operation.
