To explore the effect of intensive pulsed light therapy on whole body skin cosmetology. Methods From March to November 2023, 60 patients who received systemic skin cosmetic treatment in Suining Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into conventional group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The conventional group received red and blue light treatment, and the experimental group received intense pulsed light treatment. The skin condition, treatment effect satisfaction and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the skin condition score of the experimental group was (91.24±2.50) scores, which was higher than that of the conventional group (76.24±3.44) scores (P <0.05). The treatment effect satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). The healing time, wound crusting time and crust falling time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the whole body skin cosmetology, the overall beauty treatment effect of intensive pulsed light is outstanding, which can improve the skin condition and patient's satisfaction with the treatment.
