Abstract:To analyze the value of immediate dental implantation in tooth loss. Methods Eighty-six patientswith tooth loss admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into reference group (43 patients) and experimental group (43 patients). The reference group was treated with delayed implantation method, and the experimental group was treated with immediate implantation method. The success rate of implantation, periodontal index, clinical index, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of implantation in the experimental group was 97.67%, which was higher than 83.72% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). GI, AL, MD and PD in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the implant stability score, masticatory efficiency and language function score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional implant method, the immediate implant method in the treatment of tooth loss can improve the success rate of implantation, optimize the periodontal index, improve the implant stability and language function, promote the recovery of masticatory efficiency, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction.
