Abstract:To investigate the clinical effect of interferon combined with carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 70 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser, and the observation group was treated with interferon combined with carbon dioxide laser. The clinical efficacy and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 77.14% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgG, TP and IgA in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The WBC level of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Interferon combined with carbon dioxide laser has a good clinical effect in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum, which can improve the curative effect and improve the immune function of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
