    摘要:

    探讨微等离子束联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗烧伤增生性瘢痕的临 床效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2023年4月收治的28例烧伤增生性瘢痕患者为研究对象,随机分 为对照组和试验组,每组14例。对照组采用微等离子束治疗,试验组采用微等离子束联合重组牛碱性 成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗,比较两组瘢痕改善情况、脱痂时间、满意度及不良反应发生情况。 结果 试验组第1、2、3次治疗后瘢痕改善情况均优于对照组(P <0.05);试验组第1、2、3次治疗后脱 痂时间短于对照组(P <0.05);试验组满意度为85.71%,高于对照组的42.86%(P <0.05);两组不良反 应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 微等离子束联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外 用凝胶治疗可有效改善烧伤增生性瘢痕患者的瘢痕症状,缩短恢复时间,提高满意度,且不会增加不良反 应发生风险,安全性较高,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the clinical effect of micro-plasma beam combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel in the treatment of burn hypertrophic scar. Methods A total of 28 patients with burn hypertrophic scar admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 14 patients in each group. The control group was treated with micro-plasma beam, and the experimental group was treated with micro-plasma beam combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel. The scar improvement, decrustation time, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of scar in the experimental group was better than that in the control group after the first, second and third treatment (P <0.05). The decrustation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group after the first, second and third treatment (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 85.71%, which was higher than 42.86% of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Micro-plasma beam combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel can effectively improve scar symptoms for patients with burn hypertrophic scar, shorten recovery time, improve satisfaction, and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions. It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
